The wait is over! Tomonari Nozaki returns with “Romantica”, the follow-up of the exclusive Soun release “Angel”. It's a cycle of six short pieces, delivering an absolutely delightful experience. Only the coldest heart wouldn't succumb to a such emotional dimension and its tender core. The whole thing reminds us to the Dürerian copper engravings, portraits of a cycle or loop contrasting its death and resurrection. This brilliant young composer adds his talent, natural ear to his works and creates an everlasting impression with these harmonic soundscapes, broken tape vignettes, orchestral visions. In everyday life we surround ourselves with constant noise and the loop of romantica just perfectly fits into it. If you know what I mean. An incredibly moving album which deserves to be widely heard. Mastered by Sense (Adam Raisbeck), adorned with an artwork by Jani Ürögi.
